Our table linens are purchased direct from France and are of the finest quality.
The printed patterns are color fast and do not fade with either washing or moderate sunlight. Our cotton tablecloths are treated with an acrylic-coating which provides a water and stain resistance to the fabric. Some of our designs have both an acrylic and a telfon treatment !!
Coated tablecloths are very popular in Europe as they do not really need to be washed !! Just wipe away any spills with a damp soapy cloth. If washing is necessary the coating can withstand many wash cycles provided mild temperatures are used. These tablecloths are one of the greatest products ever !!! Grandchildren proof, almost zero maintenance and so pretty. We like to call these tablecloths THE FRENCH RESISTANCE ( resistance francaise).

We have many requests for rectangular tablecloths that are different from the standard 62"x98". For this reason we do have linear and all over patterns that can be custom cut to your required size. Acrylic-coated and acrylic plus teflon-coated cotton.... 57-60" wide $38 per linear yard.
Custom hemming or bias binding $20 per tablecloth
A newly purchased coated tablecloth may have some creases. These can be easily removed by light ironing on the reverse side, or they will gradually disappear when put on your table
Tips on keeping your coated tablecloths in prime condition
Quickly remove any food or liquid spills with a damp, non-abrasive sponge. If a stain persists, rinse it regularly with a soapy sponge. Only machine wash as an exception: use a small amount of washing powder, no softener: use low to medium temperature, rinse thoroughly. Tumble dry briefly or hang on line. You will find that the tablecloth material holds very little water. Iron on reverse side at low temperature to reactivate the treatment
We sell as many round tablecloths as rectangular. However for easy of photography (with some exceptions) we show the patterned round tablecloths. Almost all the round patterns are available as 62"x98" rectangles.
